GMP companies are now able to download their own copy of the Autocontrol Guide for Animal Feed via our website. As a GMP company, you do not need to use the purchase order below – you can download your Guide directly by going to the next page. Downloading the Guide yourself means that you avoid having to pay the €10 application fee charged for sending copies by post.

As a GMP company wishing to download the Guide, please request your log-in and password from OVOCOM. To do this, simply send an email to hidden email, with "log-in and password request" in the subject field, and giving the names of the company director and the company itself, your GMP certificate number and your address.

GMP-certified or attested companies wishing to view supplementary chapters and/or technical annexes relating to their sphere(s) of activity have to complete the purchase order below. They will receive an invoice and then also be able to download the supplementary chapters and/or technical annexes requested by using their log-in and password.

Non-GMP companies can order their copy of the Animal Feed Autocontrol Guide using the purchase order below. The guide will be sent to them, on settlement of the invoice, in electronic format and by post.

Companies that fall within the remit of the Animal Feed Self-Inspection Guide, and wish to make use of the Self-Inspection Guide, can obtain a copy (in electronic format) for the sum of €300 (excluding VAT). Within the scope of "very small businesses", a discount of €100 is allocated to compound feed manufacturers with an annual production of under 5,000 tonnes, and to other companies with fewer than 3 full-time employees, falling within the remit of the Animal Feed Self-Inspection Guide.
 

A part-purchase of documents (in electronic format) is also possible, in line with the price grid below (with a maximum of €300 exc. VAT per year):
    - €50 exc. VAT per general or supplementary chapter as well as for chapter 0.
    - €25 exc. VAT per technical annexe.

Inspection or certification bodies, companies falling outside the remit of the Animal Feed Self-Inspection Guide and other interested parties can get a copy of the Animal Feed Self-Inspection Guide (in electronic format) for the sum of €600 (excluding VAT).

For each printed version, an additional charge of €20 (exc. VAT) per copy will be applied.
