The purpose of this document is to determine with precision the articles and annexes of Regulation (EC) 767/2009, to be applied upon execution and/or verification of the labels of ‘feed materials’.
In case of doubt, the user of this document must consult the text of the European Regulation, the only document of reference in this material (see also ‘
AT-01 : Legislation’).
The purpose of this check-list is to define any entries which can or must be listed on the label.
It is not about judging the accuracy of the principles applied to the label (e.g. should not be misleading the user, cf. Art. 11 of Regulation (EC) 767/2009), since this would exceed the informative nature of the document.
