On 18th December 2007, cross-border quality management relative to road transport entered a new phase, with a mutual recognition agreement between the GMP, Qualimat-Transport® and GMP+ quality systems, developed by OVOCOM asbl (Belgium), Qualimat (France) and the PDV (Netherlands) respectively.

This agreement was cristallized in a new cooperation, called ICRT 'International Commettee for Road Transport'.

This agreement aims, on the one hand, at increasing the quality of road transport of animal feed and thus contributing to animal feed safety; and, on the other hand, to facilitate the work of companies operating on an international level.

On 16/3/2009, QS joined the ICRT.
