Our mission

OVOCOM vzw, a non-profit-organisation, is the concertation platform for companies active in the animal feed chain. The main goal of this platform is to contribute to the production of safe animal feed.

The GMP standard, drafted by OVOCOM, is a guide for all companies involved in producing animal feed.

In total more than 2000 companies, within Belgium and abroad, are following the GMP standard. The correct application of the GMP Animal Feed, is supervised by independent Certification Bodies.
