Since September 1, 2010 the Regulation (EC) no. 767/2009 is applicable. This Regulation was already published on September 1, 2009. Annex III of this Regulation (list of banned or restricted feed material) has already been modified by the Regulation (EU) no. 568/2010.
The Regulation (EC) no. 767/2010 concerning the use and the putting on the market of animal feed, sometimes also referred to as ‘Feed marketing’. This Regulation replaces several former European Directives and is also directly applicable to all companies of the sector in all Member States. Regulation (EC) no. 1831/2003 on additives and the Directive 90/167/EC concerning medicated animal feed remain valid.
